How to place Order?

 To place your final order, you will need to register on Dwarkamandi with the requested details and place a minimum order of Rs. 300. However, feel free to browse the website without any conditions.
Before you have confirmed your order, you can simply add or remove items to or from your shopping cart. After order confirmation, changes can be made by reaching out to our Customer Service team given at our website.
If you have placed an order for a particular product and it later becomes unavailable due to inevitable circumstances, someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to inform you of the same. You could choose to cancel it from the order or select a replacement, if available and the bill will be edited accordingly. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount for cancelled products will be refunded back to you.

Normal Delivery: Place your order before 7 pm for delivery up to 2:30 pm the next day. Any order placed post that can be delivered in a time slot of your choice..

Express Delivery: Place your order before 10 am and get your order delivered the same day in one of the below mentioned time slots. This is chargeable at Rs. 30 per delivery.

Dwarkamandi provides free home delivery on all orders minimum of Rs 300 in value. Express delivery is chargeable at Rs 30 per order.

Our biggest objective is to deliver your order on time. However, if we are going to be slightly late due to unavoidable circumstances like vehicle breakdown or traffic, our Customer Service team will be in touch to inform you of the same.

Your order will be delivered as per the slot you selected. If you are not at home or unavailable when we reach, we will schedule a re-delivery for you. However, a fee of Rs. 30 will be appended to your bill to be paid at the time of re-scheduled delivery. If this intimation comes post dispatch of order, a fee of Rs. 30 will be appended to your bill.
